Saving Network configs... (airport1, 2 etc)

i want to be able to have different airport configurations...

at home i have a manual IP setup (as per t's helpful suggestions) and i want to be able to play with the settings when i am away without having to re-type everything again...



i will post screenshots of what i mean as soon as i get a chance...

    system preferences > network > locations > new location

    just punch in the information needed and save location...



    besides that you have an option for the airport to select different networks automatically "strongest signal", "recently used" etc.)



    hopefully this helps...



    [edit] oh, and for the base station you can save different configuration files...
