Kyoto and cold weather hurting the results
I think it is rather funny that the cause of Kyoto has been hurt by "colder weather in Europe"
I think the jury is still out on global climate and trends on heating and cooling of the planet.
Looks like if nothing else the politics and results of Kyoto is not exactly something that works smoothly.

That's because you're foolish. The Kyoto treaty is meant in part to fight the trend towards more extreme weather patters.

Global warming is a question, not a definite.
