How to create HTML email?

If I create a page in Dreamweaver, how do I send it as HTML email? Any pointers on an easy way to do it in OSX using Mail (or Eudora)? If not those, what other apps. do folks use to create e-zines?

    We send html e-mails via Outlook 2001 in classic mode as you can select format type (plain,rtf ,html).



    Waiting for Entourage with Exchange capability to come out.
