ComboDrive skips CD playback

I just went through and imported about 30 CDs in the last few days, so when just now I tried to play a CD and it started skipping I thought maybe the lens was dirty. I ran a lens cleaner CD but it didn't help. I went through (I have the CDs I imported stacked in the order that I imported them) and tested the tracks I imported, out of the 35 or so CDs I imported, only the last two imported with skips. The skips in the imported track are just as bad as if I were playing the CD. The CDs aren't scratched, and every CD I try does skip now. Should I run the lens cleaner a couple more times to see if it helps?

    Got it, just threw in the cleaner CD again, on repeat, and left it for about 1.5 cycles.
