Writing Text On PDF - What Software?

Just as the subject says...what software can I use to write on PDFs? I tried Photoshop but it does not save the pages together, I tried GraphicConverter but that too does not save the pages together...



I know some PDFs enable you to write on them but not all of them...

    Textlightning.



    You can find it at versiontracker. It converts PDF files into RTF files so you cand edit them, then of course it's easy to convert back to PDF. Hopefully this will work for you.

    A bunch of OS X apps should be able to import PDFs and let you mark them up on top. I use Create, but it's probably overkill just for that.
