Dial-up/audio nuisance...
Very few of you probably use dialup, but I hope someone can still help me out:
Every time I dial up on my iMac, the volume fluctuates, sometimes it goes higher, and sometimes lower, and I have to readjust it every time... it's really annoying, especially when you set your music at just the right volume, you know, the one that makes your ears smile...
so, any ideas?

Try putting a cable supressor (line filter) on the line cable.
