More infos on the next Mac pro line - Macbidouille

This is an home-made translation of their last rumour. Be aware that I'm not a geek (I'm still using OS 8.1!), and that english is not my primary language (well, I guess it's obvious).

"First of all:

1) If you're against rumours, DON'T READ THE FOLLOWING;

2) By nature, a rumour is unfounded. Because of that, don't ask for any proof (like some of you already do);

3) The source of these infos is not the same as the one who gave the previous infos on the 970. As of today, all the infos this source gave us in the past turned out to be true.

So, here's the deal :

PPC 970 motherboard would have 6 PCI slots, in addition to the AGP, and a 5.1 sound card (maybe). The bus would be clocked at 200 MHz and support DDR 3200. (Note (outside the rumour) : the 6 PCI slots would explain the rumour about a really long motherboard)

According to a source from IBM, PPC 970 will really cause a surprise. (These infos were give before we posted the previous benchmarks.)"

I guess it's good news, isn't it?
