add sizes to tags

Would it be possible to add sizes to all the little icon images in the templates to allow browses to layout the page once? Browsers reflowing the layout everytime a new image downloads can get tiresome.

    Yeah, Brad! defining the height and width of the image elements is part of the spec... and we don't take kindly to non-conformists 'round here!

    there's a boatload of images in them thar templates!
