Anyway, cmd-shift-4 is right.
of course, that's provided you can fit all of the contents of the folder to be visible on your screen. dragging the window into the print center works, but the printwindow freeware mentioned above gives some great functionality in addition to all that.

I think you mean Command-Shift-4.
An alternative:
Press Command-Shift-4.
Press spacebar.
Click window.
That'll automatically capture the whole window alone. Of course, if you don't want the window border itself, you'll have to trim manually as you said.
