Contextual Menu Slowness
I have had this problem since 10.2.4, I reckon. In short, every time I select multiple files (relatively large, i.e. 4 - 5 MB each) in the finder and right click them, the contextual menu takes anywhere from 5 to 20 or so seconds to come up. This is quite a nuisance, as I use a contextual menu item (A Better Finder Rename) on a daily basis, to rename mp3s (should I say m4as now?) and pictures. No, I did not have this problem before (meaning I have used ABFR contextual menu item with regular speed and dilligence in multiple system builds without problems.) I did install Stuffit Deluxe, which also installs a contextual menu item, but again, I think the slowness of the contextual menu did not coincide with the install of this app. It did coincide with the advent of 10.2.4 (for me at least).
