Weird Safari characteristic

What's with the dead area just to right of the green window button (exactly where you'd expect a fourth button to appear). If you click and drag this area, the window just stays put rather than being dragged across the screen.



Anybody have any ideas? Is this space reserved for a fourth button we haven't seen yet? Or is it just a glitch?

    Gotta be a glitch. Dragging works fine there for me.

    Works fine here too. Area between the buttons doesn't work some of the time, however. This is rare, though.
