I just recieved 4 new eMac's 800Mhz's with CD-RW's and 128MB Ram each. Almost everytime they go to sleep and wake up, they wake up and have a kernal panic. How can I fix this and/or what's causing this? Has this been a problem for the eMac's? Thanks

I think the eMacs have always had problems. Mine had a wonky monitor that had to be replaced, after I hear they issued a recall on all eMac monitors.

Are they networked? Have you software updated? Is this the usb hub bug?
Any third party peripherals/software?

They are networked, there isn't a usb hub on them, just a printer and floppy drive.

My iMac did this tooo!!!
But, I when 10.2.4 came out it went away. If you havnt already, software update away.
I learned to deal with this, by turning the sleep fuction off, but now that it can sleep I couldnt live without it.
With mine, if it slept for less than a few minutes no kernal panic when it woke up, is this the same with the eMacs?
