Echooo, why and what

Hello,

When returning from the OSX partition to the OS9 partition via the start

up disk of the X I got, already twice, a strange notice telling me this:

" Something went wrong:

Error number: -44

File Name: .DS_Store

Volume Name:

Echooo! ( as the OK button to be pressed... )"

Who is Echooo and what does all that mean.

Any help and explanations.

TIA

I have no idea what any of this means, but I'd try deleting that file in the terminal to see if it helps, all the .DS_Store files are is for remembering the windows place anyways. It's a hidden file. Is there anything else wrong, like a noticable problem, or just an annoying error message?

    Thanks for your reply.

No, there are no special problems, except that yesterday, when on the OS 9 partition, I had a freeze, and after foreced restart, ( I am on iMac 800 with two partitions, one for each OS), in the OS 9 , I got this message again, which to me seems to belong solely to the OSx.

I don't think I really understand what's happening here. It gives you that error message, then when you click on ok it gives another window that says only "Echooo" in it? And there's nothing else that happens? The only thing I could say would be to run some maintenance-ly stuff, like repairing your permission.
