How to connect to someone else's Public iDisk folder?

I need someone to upload some files, how can they connect?
How would you do it from a windows machine?

if the os is older then xp... i think all you need to do is go to
http://idisk.mac.com/username/
but that may only be for downloading

Yeah, the only way a Windows user can upload is if they're running XP and the Windows iDisk Utility.
