    Tickets to oprah is free of course theres like a massive 1 year waiting list i suppose like ticekts to late night shows and snl

    my sisters went to see Rosie, back when she had a show, and they got a pair of (then very expensive) cell phones, plus other odd trinkets. maybe it was just rosie, but i think those kind of shows give out pretty beefy gift bags all the time.

    Yeah, like her or hate her, Rosie used to be really good about promoting Apple. She used to give away all kinds of Apple stuff and pimped iMovie practically every day with home movies of her kids.

    mtv gave out a bunch of iPods a month or so ago on a show. These promotions happen all the time.
