Having finally figured out how to get my catalogue thumbnails to display at 256 x 256 the boarders have now gone. They are selected in the options and display when the same thumbnails are set to smaller sizes but vanish again as soon as I set the sizes to 256. Nothing on Extensis's website and their forum seems to have shut down.

Help.
