Okay, but why can't we just use the "appleinsider" one? I'll check both. I'll be in appleinsider chat also...

    Maybe we'll consolidate?

I'm assuming this will be on iChat. Am I right?

We need to have this kind of thing more often. I used to go into the chat quite often, but it just kind of died. Maybe we can schedule it around something weekly or so.

This is in iChat right? The AI chat link at the top doesn't work.

Yeah, lauch iChat, hit Command+G and type in "appleinsider" (no quotes, of course).

And I agree with Spart...it's great when there's a roomful of AI'ers. Posts are cool, but I always get a kick out of talking - in real time - to all the people here I feel like I kinda know.

I usually check the appleinsider iChat about twice a day, just to see. 99.4% of the time, it's empty.

I remember what it was like back then. Even the "Arab Invasion" of the summer of '01.

maybe AI pages could indicate the number of users currently in Chat

(and provide a direct link to encourage joining when more than zero)

hmmm... off to suggestions unless Brad chimes in here

I have that file right here on my hard drive. It's been here for a couple months. The problem? FTP access to the server is broken.

Nope, there's no way for the forum to see how many people are in an AOL chat room.

that stinks...there is a website for a Ghost Recon clan (m4) which tells who is on Game Ranger or not, that is pretty cool
