    Hotmail works fine for me.

firehc: My bank works fine in Safari (Wachovia/First Union). Is this the first time you've tried banking with beta 2? If so, then it could be that something under-the-hood changed that the bank doesn't like. First, try clearing your cache and cookies ("Reset Safari" from the Safari menu). If that doesn't help, eh, send a bug report to Apple.

A little OT, but Brad, how did you get hotmail working? I don't use it, but my brother, sis-in-law and sisters all have to use IE because I can't figure out how to get Safari to log into hotmail.

Same here re: Hotmail. I get the "re-type your password" loop EVERY single time.

I didn't do anything to it, actually.

    It just works.

Clear the cookies (or click the Sign Out button on MSN's page) and try connecting again. It does seem to futz out if you've already logged in once and didn't log out correctly, but 99% of the time it works fine with me.

Dunno if this is related but... I've noticed that the return key fails to log me in to many websites. Instead, I must manually click the 'ok' or 'login' button with the mouse. It makes me feel like all those dumb people who still haven't realized they can hit return after typing a password.
