39,000 folks involved in the poll--pretty nice numbers. For what we pay, it should be good, but it's nice to see it in black and white.

    In fact, the numbers would have been much better hadn't it been for now infamous John Manzione. I would have guessed that he alone would need a few thousand pleased Apple customers to counter his views on Apples quality and tech support
