Change size using Preview?

Hey everyone. Haven't posted in a REALLY long time. (I dunno a week or so? ) anyway I have a problem. I have a picture I want to use on my LiveJournal. It's a 360x270 pic but LJ only lets you use 100x100. Can I fix this using Preview and if so how? If not then what else can I use. Unfortunately I don't have PhotoShop cuz I'm poor...I do have "Art Director's Toolkit X 2.2", "PixelNhance", and "Snap Pro X". Will any of those work?

    never used any of those.



    iPhoto or Grahpic Converter will work.



    for LJ, just make sure you crop the image to a square first.
