What's a good place to buy Powerbook memory? I want to pick up a 512meg chip. I know about Pricewatch and such, but what is a good quality place that is also cheap from personal experience to second-hand from a friend?

I bought 2 x 512MB for my TiBook at eshop.macsales.com.
For god's sake, avoid Coast Memory/1-800-4-memory.com like the plague.
512MB, $96
