This has been discussed several times over already.
It just isn't plausible today or any time soon. The bandwidth needed is many times greater than for music, the demand is much lower, and there isn't a niche in the digital hub for it in either software or in hardware. The presence of the SuperDrive is *not* enough of a reason to jump to a conclusion about DVDs having this kind of place in the digital hub.
You're probably right that the bandwidth just isn't there (except for a fraction of internet users) but I wouldn't say that there's no market for it if the bandwidth was there. I would love to buy movies and download them like I do with songs on ITMS. Hopefuly bandwidth to users will improve and compression size of movies will improve to make this possible. Anyway, I think it would be a very cool way to buy and watch movies!!! Bring it on!!!

Not in the next 5 years.
