Editing iTunes Contextual Menu

Is there a way for me to edit the iTunes menu that appears when you control-click the dock icon (The one that displays song info, play/pause, next song, etc.)?
Specifically, I want to get rid of the "My Rating" item in that menu.

does nobody know, really? This has to be possible.
I can't stand when I accidently mouse over "My RAting" when I'm going for "Pause" or "Next Song" and it hangs waiting for the star sub-menu
