iTunes lost songs

My iTunes player on my computer lost several Pearl Jam songs. They are shown on iTunes play list but can't be found by the computer. Though I do have a copy of them on my iPod. Is there anyway to sync with my iPod so the songs get put back onto my computer?

    Set your iPod to manual syncing then just drag the song from the iPod to your iTunes library. Make sure you have the prefs set to copy it to your iTunes music folder, whatever that may be.

    I lost a hard drive, and all of my music except what was on the iPod. I used a program called PodWorks to copy everything back. It's a good program, and I found it a little easier than using iTunes--but then again, I was copying a lot of files, so your milage may vary.
