firewire2 on a powerbook

i am on the verge of buying the new tibook, and was wondering...;

When 50mbs & 100mbs video rolls out in the near future, will my powerbook handle this dataflow.

    Current DV cameras operate in S100 mode (100Mb/s), the current implementation of FireWire can handle up to 400Mb/s, so there's quite some room to grow, even without FW2.
