Hi, i just installed Panther so i backuped all my stuff on my iPod, exept for my iTunes Library... it is on my iPod of course, but it seams I can't transfert it back to my mac. I know this is some sort of piracy protection but I want MY music back on my HD...

Can someone tell me how to do it...

Thanks a lot.

I tried all the programs mean to do this on VersionTracker... Maybe they are not working with the new firmware of the new iPod... I'll wait for the next generation of programs, they should be compatible with it.

    Thanks anyway.

use the terminal, and you can copy the directory your music is in back to your HD... make sure you are in your root most directory.. change the directory to Volumes, then change the directory to whatever your iPod is called and then list the files in there... my friend just did this the other day, find out what directory your music files are in and then copy if over to your hd using the path of wherever you want the files to go.
