Anybody else a fan of the Dan?

I just bought the new album today, but I bought a special version that included a DVD with a video of a cab ride around Vegas with Walter Becker and Donald Fagan..and a various women who ride along and chatter with the boys.



I'm watching it now, pretty cool.

    I'm a fan but from what I have heard so far (not too much) it sounds rather boring.... just more of the same.

    A friend told me they had a new album out. I've been meaning to check it out. Does Donald Fagan still have pointed teeth? On their last album in the video he looks like a vampire. I'd never seen them on video before and every time he'd open his mouth to sing it looked like he had pointed fangs. I even remember when it was on PBS one of the guys hosting commented on it : " Well, come to think of it you never see him in the day ".



    Anyway yeah, a big fan of their music!

    Yeah, Donald Fagan really hasn't changed much at all. He's still got that weird rubbery mouth too. Great voice though.

    I have the CD. It's good but not great. I LOVE the last one. Amazing studio musicians. I always crack up at the pervo-lyrics.

    I was never a big fan of theirs and then they did some work at a place my wife worked at. She said they were some of the most miserable nasty people she's ever met. So now I couldn't listen to them even if I wanted to.

    im a "danfan" and yes i have the dvd version too

    i LOVE this cd!

    my fave is "lunch with gina" but the whole cd is great, no filler.

    they still have it...
