Entourage Backup Size Question

To backup all my data from Entourage in Microsoft Office for Mac X, I have copied the folder MICROSOFT USER DATA to a ZIP disk. The size of the folder was about 6-7mg. Then I added about 40 names with email addresses to the Address Book. Now when I backup, the folder is over 62mg. I can't believe each new Address Book entry takes up over a mg of space.

Does this sound right to you or is something strange going on?

I don't know, man. Doesn't sound right. Do a search on versiontracker.com for entourage backup or something like that. I've seen some shareware programs that help backup entourage.

I tried VersionTracker and the only listing was for a backup for the email messages. It's the Address Book entries I'm most concerned about. I just hope nothing happens to the hard drive and the ZIP disk at the same time.
