Toast Question

How do I write sessions using a dvd-rw disk instead of burning the whole dvd. The "Write Sessions" option is ghosted and only the "Write Disk" option is available. I can't figure out how to burn a "Write Sessions" dvd which sucks as I want to add files at a later date to this dvd. Any help would be appreciated.

    Yes,I'm running 5.2.1
