macosx on imac 233 rev. b bondi blue

hello guys,



well, my main machine is an imac 233 bondi rev b.



I ordered a 12" powerbook, which shipps with jaguar.



question: can i simply install jaguar onto my old imac? or is that particular macosx vers. (shipping with my brand new Powerbook ... *lechtz* ... ) dedicated to powerbooks only? What do i have to pay attention?

Any experiences regarding that subject?



PS: What is your favorite imac webpage? I'm still looking for a decent imac fanpage, which covers all that funky upgrades and updates, which were/are available.

As long as the iMac has enough RAM, and your firmware is updated, the install should go fine. Legally, however, you're supposed to buy another license to install on another machine...
