iPod, contact info, and Calender from Entourage

Does anyone know how to transfer my contacts and Calender info from Entourage to my new iPod?

Also, should I dump (stop) using Entourage? And go to Address book and iCal? I don't remember why I started using Entourage but I think that Mail didn't display all of the funny pictures that friends would send me.

    I use iPod It...and I like it quite a lot.
