Installing Classic software on OSX-bootable only Macs?

Please excuse my ignorance on this, but I just wanted to check if I could install Classic software on an OSX-bootable only Mac? (Thinking about the G5 upgrade).

yup you can... the only limitation X only machines have is not being able to boot 9 natively... classic will work just fine
