Missing DHCP

OK, here's a question...

I was having "missing library" errors for just about every app I tried to open on my old powerbook, and so I opted to reintall OS 10.2.

I let it automatically back up my old system settings, and then proceeded with the install...Everything went OK, and the library errors are fixd (I can now reinstall programs, run them etc.)...

One problem...DHCP is missing from the network preferences options for both my built-in ethernet card and my airport card. I can't get on my network at all. How can I get DHCP back???? Thanks!

Make sure you use software update to upgrade to 10.2.6, then try again. Barring that, (groan!) reinstall. No DHCP? that's just wacky.

make sure you save the combo updater to a CD so if you ever have to install it again you have it and don't have to download it....
