Optimal Settings for Netphone for Dial Up Users

Hi. Yesterday I wanted to try out Netphone with a friend of mine online and she said that she couldn't hear me....that it was all scrambled etc. What are the optimal settings for Netphone on AOL dial up (she's on that, not me) ? Like the Latency and the Silence Sensitivity etc.
