iCHAT AV + iSight what are the possibilities

With the iChat & iSight comination what are the possibilities? Could this new phone thing '3' that's just about to happen make an impact along with iChat? Can you video conference with one of these new phones? Also how many of us have cajouled family and friends into switching to the mac platform only for them to call and say "I forgot how to, can you come round and show us again?" - Can the iChat & iSight combination turn into a remote desktop teaching device? What are your thought's on possibilities?
