This text appears in the new "About Finder" window. What do you think about how Apple is positioning this as an "experience?" It seems to be a strong, almost philosophical statement. Any comments?

I have a faint suspicion that Apple just might port this experience to other plattforms.. so they too can enjoy it.

Yeah, people discussed this several weeks ago when screenshots were leaked before WWDC.
Part of the reason for this is that About dialogs now (in Panther) contain a very brief description of what the app actually does.

Thanks Brad. I thought this might have been discussed, but was not sure what words to use to search for.

Well, 'experience' might be ephemeral, but 'Finder' is a pretty vague/misleading name for the Finder. The description clarifies(?).
