.Mac webcams

I was thinking about asking my grandmother for a .Mac account for my birthday but one thing that I would really like to do is upload a webcam using an FTP webcam utility like evocam or something similar to that. I don't know much about web design, but does the .Mac acount have some feature where I can upload the camera data via ftp? I sorta need to know soon because she wants to know what my final choice is. Now this isnt the only reason I would like a .Mac account, but it might be pretty cool. Any advice would be appreciated.
