Old slide scanners for my beige G3?
Hi, I'm not sure exactly where to post this question. I am looking to buy a used 2700ish dpi slide/film scanner, but I need one that will work with my biege desktop G3 (running OS 10.2.6, and bootable in OS9). It has SCSI, which I am told has iffy support in OSX. It has no USB or firewire.
I am hoping I can find a scanner that will run in OS X, but OS9 will do in desperation. And maybe a plugin that will work with Photoshop 7? Some of the scanners I'm looking at are the older Nikon Coolscans, but it's very hard to get the straight answer on whether they will work, and which models. Any ideas out there?
