What a awful expression. I just wanted to let the entire (noone in particular) AI AO crowd to know that

    somehow it seems appropriate to describe attempted moves that fail to address the threat axis of incoming argument with unambiguous language from one of the world's few omnipresent games.



    it can drift into patronizing condescension if abused, i agree



    to suit the personal attacks (of old FSC that spillover here and there), we could experiment with our shared frame of reference and test out terms of fleet-fingered fencing such as ... Touché



    but not everybody understands the true meaning, literally... "I touch you"

    but by extension... "point for me... if this had been real swords, it'd be over now"



    plus, not everybody can understand or work them accented vowel things
