I noticed this morning that Apple has dropped pricing on its education store for individuals on certain models. I.E. Dual 2 GHz $2,699. PowerBook 12-inch Combo is $1,399 eMac SuperDrive $1,099. Those who are eduction individuals should check it out if you're considering purchasing.

The 12" PB is $1399? Wow. A powerbook for the price of an iBook. If I didn't already have one, I'd be tempted to buy one..... Jeez. This is good news.

I like. Powermac G4 1.25 now starts at $1199. Add FCE for $99 and that's a great deal.

As I said in this thread (cough), can I use the "$100 off when you purchase $1000 or more" promo (see here) in addition to the existing special price? (NOTE: The existing education pricing isn't a discount, per se. At least I don't think it is.)

$200 rebate for the iPod, to get the full $300 rebate for the promo you have to buy a printer also.

Basically buy any Mac laptop except the cheapest iBook and an iPod and get $200 mail in rebate. Add on a HP printer and get $300 back.
