Hmm. Back when safari came out I swear there was an option to import bookmarks from IE. I can't remember for sure, but it seemed that the first time your ran it, it would do it automatically. Maybe if you delete all your Safari prefs (put 'em in the trash but don't empty it) and try launching it, it'll auto import.
If that doesn't work, try this:
Open file:///Users/ast3r3x/Library/Preferences/Explorer/Favorites.html in Safari. Drag all the bookmarks to where you want 'em. Not ideal, but it'll work.

yeah i seem to remember there being an option too but i had no idea where...thanks though i'll try that 2nd method when i get home
