what a rip off.
I bought in ipod about a month ago at an apple store, and planned to buy a powerbook by the end of summer. I'm a student, and was glad to see the bundle rebate. The only problem was that the sales guy forgot to mention that everything had to be purchased on THE SAME invoice at the same time. He knew i was interested in the rebate, yet failed to mention it, and its rather cheap of apple to not have it in large print somewhere noticable. I was just reading the terms and conditions, and its listed as a tag on to another sentence about halfway into a long paragraph in about 6 point font "you must purchase all qualifying Apple and Hewlett-Packard products at the same time on the same invoice to be eligible for the mail in rebate." If their goal was to make an extra 200 bucks then they probably suceeded a number of times, however, I am a first time buyer, and their attempt to deceive me has me questioning whether switching was a good idea or not. as mentioned above...What a RIP OFF!

Have you ever seen a bundle offer where you could buy the items months apart?

Isn't that the essence of bundle deals?
Sorry. Haven´t got any for you.
"You get fat from fast food?"
"You get lung cancer from cigarettes?"
"You have to buy bundled products at the same time to get a rebate?"
Congratulations with your Mac. You won´t be dissapointed with it. And you will find the mac community helpful and friendly even if we are harsh against stupidity.
At least you are getting great products.
