Theft of service
=================
Unauthorized use of the Photogra service in distributing or disseminating digital images or graphic content for purposes other than for direct display within the Photogra system is considered a violation of the Terms of Service. Any unauthorized use of Photogra Internet bandwidth not directly associated with the display of digital images within digital photo albums is considered a violation, and an illegal theft of the Photogra service as outlined in the Terms and Conditions
mediocre privacy policy too.

That would seem to be a generic catch all policy.
Besides which..if they are offering free membership, free storage as well as " public folders "..& inviting people to view & download images..then they are contradicting their own conditions.

just call whatever pictures you have an album and i think you pass the test. "...this is an album of a family wedding, and at that wedding we saw a prototype of the new apple lineup..."

How is this a general, catch-all policy? They do not want you using it to link images as you are suggesting. Do it if you feel like leeching their bandwidth illegally, just don't cry when they ban your ass and delete all of your data on you.

Hmmm....Then what is the purpose of their having " Public Folders " for us to use & view other people's images...they become in effect part of the public arena...
But I have re-read & I take your point along with that of curiousburb...
So Murbot, got any ideas for an alternative photo-linky thingamajig...site ?
Cheers
