Wireless Keyboard and mouse coming

At least according to apple-insider rumor. It says build to order at additional cost. What does this mean? It's only available from the apple store? What about places like mac mall, mac connection ,mac zone and such. Does this mean you can only get the keyboard and mouse upgrade from apple? I hope not.
