Software Update through Firewall

Our IT dept have installed a new, more secure firewall and now the Software Update can't connect to the internet.



Same for iTunes and cd track lists etc.



They say if i knew the site name where the updates come from they can set up a path for it.



Anyone know the site address that Software Update looks at?

    iTunes use gracenote.com's CDDB service. I'm not sure what the address is though.
