It looks like Pacific Tech wont make an OSX version of the "Graphing Calculator."
Too bad, it rocks
Does anyone know of any good X-Graphers?

Do a search on versiontracker. I found a few freeware graphing apps that were worthwhile there a while back.

Try this one, it is amazing:

It´s still a alpha version, not fast but stable.
To reopen saved files: Lunch the app, make a new document with a single graph (y=x for example) and then doubleclick your saved document.
