Go to the sharing pref pane and turn on Windows sharing.
Make sure that the user you're trying to log in as can log in from windows. That's in the Accounts pref pane.
On the windows machine, you need to map a network drive. If you're using 2k or XP, it's just a matter of right clicking on my computer and saying map network drive. See where it says "windows users can log onto your machine..." in the screenie? That's the URL you put in.
If you need to log on as a different user, be sure to click that option underneath the URL field. If you're using ME or 98, you can't log on as a different user. The user name logged into your windows machine will be the same one it tries to log into your mac as, regardless of the share name you put.
