Digital Voice Recorders

Hello. I am looking for a digital voice recorder (Sony, etc.) that I can use with my Mac. I intend to record interviews with the device and archive them on my Powerbook. I have noticed that Sony makes several recorders, including ones that utilize memory stick and USB. However, I'm not sure if I can import the audio files from these devices to the Mac, and Sony's web site mentions nothing about Mac compatibility. Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced Mac compatible digital voice recorder?

Thanks,

-Matt

I'm also thinking about getting a digital voice recorder. Always go to the Apple web site first and hit the "Made For MAC" tab before buying anything you want to sync with.

I may try a portable Minidisc recorder with a microphone. That way It can be used for much more than just voice recording. Most recent recorders support MDLP(Long Play modes) that will Double or Quaduple stereo recording times. Mono is even longer.
