I find that it likes to collect dust highly. With it being a different type of monitor thne im used to, what is the best way to clean it off.

Kensington makes a pretty decent lcd spray cleaner that I ganked from work. I spray it lightly on my TiBooks screen and work it quickly without a lot of pressure on the screen. It clears up the dust and the oils that get deposited from the keyboard when it's closed... y'know those marks that you think are indentations...

    I'd go that route...

Use a microfiber cloth, like the ones used for eyeglasses, normal cloths may be too coarse and create scratches in the plastic screen.

I believe Apple recommends http://www.themacshoppe.biz/iklear.html and I have it, works fine, comes with cloths too.
