the picture color is way too blown out to say if it is a tibook or not. heck, i'll bet they cranked up the levels in that picture just so no one could say it was an apple laptop (though that would be giving the marketing and design department in redmond WAY too much credit).
plus, a LOT of competing manufacturers have started copying the tibook style... a bit late, but look around. you'll see metal (or worse, metallic-painted plastic) abounds in the laptop market these days.
could be a tibook, anyone care to find and post some of the best tibook copies? for reference?
the one thing that has me doubting it's a tibook is that it doesn't look like the hinges are centered, it looks like they are on the edges(like the 17 inch)
